In the living room there is a table with bench, a two-seather sofa (bed), as well as a TV cabinet. In leaving room it is possible to use another bed (on on request) for two possible temporary guest or for children.
The kitchen is new (2018) and is complete with plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, pots, pot holders and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, kitchen with induction hobs, dishwasher, microwave, an American coffee machine and a Bialetti coffee pod machine.
There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and two wardrobes; the other, smaller, has two single beds which, if necessary, can become a double bed and a wardrobe.

The bathroom is new (2018) and has a comfortable shower and bidet; there is also a washing machine (available for a fee).
